Building Connections Between Generations

Mrs. Sinclaire received an Achieve grant along with Mr. Dean and Mrs. VanTine for "Building Connections Between Generations." The plan is to visit Winchester Gardens 3 times with my kindergarten class 3 times throughout the school year. In December, we went with Mrs. VanTine and sang to the seniors. March 29th, we went with Mr. Dean and created art and shared snacks with them. The kids loved it and the seniors did too! They asked us to come back soon, and we plan to do so in June and we hope to keep this program going in the years to come! It is so beneficial for everyone!
