Tickets at the advance price are available until Thursday at midnight: $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
Your entry ticket includes fantastic dinner, beer, wine or sangria and 20 tricky tray tickets.
Here is how the Spring Thing works:
Check In ~ 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Get your auction program, bid number and Tricky Tray tickets.
We strongly suggest that each family bid together, using one bid number.
iPad Raffle ~ 10:00 pm
iPad raffle tickets can be purchased throughout the evening until the drawing at 10 pm. Tickets are $10 per chance, and you need not be present to win.
Tricky Tray ~ 6:30 - 8:00 pm
One sheet of Tricky Tray Raffle tickets is included with each entrance fee. Additional sheets of 20 tickets are available for $5. Prize winners will be announced before silent and live auction prizes. Tricky Tray prizes are distributed as the winning numbers are announced. You must be present to win.
Silent Auction ~ 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Silent auction prizes and bid sheets are displayed on the tables throughout the main hall.
Live Auction ~ occurs throughout evening
Check Out ~ 10:00 - 11:00 pm
You may pay with cash, check or credit card. Those wishing to split or share a prize with another family should note that only one payment will be accepted. We cannot accommodate a “split bill” and ask that you help make the checkout run smoothly by making your sharing arrangements for payments prior to checkout. Thank you!
