Items will be displayed and a starting bid will be set based on a percentage of the item or items value. The bid increment will be set in advance. The winning bidder will receive and pay for the items prior to leaving the event.
- Live Auction: A small number of items will be offered via live auction. The winning bidder will receive and pay for the items prior to leaving the event.
- Wine Pull: Guests may purchase a wine pull ticket in advance or at the event for $20.00. The night of the event, the ticket holder will pull a number from a bowl. They will receive a bottle of wine with the corresponding number to take home. The wines will range in value from $20 to $90. Everyone goes home a winner in this category!

HOW TO DONATE
In order to make the event a success, we rely on our talented and generous parents and community to donate items, tickets, services, and vacation timeshares to the committee to be auctioned at the event.
- Auction Donations: The committee will be accepting donations in January and through the end of February. If donating a service or vacation timeshare, please be sure to include the expiration date or “use by” date (typically within 6 months to a year). Please use this donation form to submit an auction donation.
- Class Baskets: Each class will be assigned a theme (i.e. superheroes), and families are asked to donate a small item relating to the theme. The items will be collected in the classrooms in the month of February. These baskets are always a huge hit in the Silent Auction.
- Teacher Experiences: Our devoted teachers all donate experiences and parties for a small group of children which are auctioned off as part of the Silent Auction.
- Local Business/Corporate donations: Our local businesses generously support Tuscan every year with donations! If you can help solicit and gather donations, please be sure to contact the committee at tuscanspringthing@gmail.com.
